Xin quý phụ huynh dành 10 phút để đóng góp ý kiến về việc học của con em đã theo học trường Việt Ngữ Hùng Vương (VNHV) trong niên khoá 2016-2017.

Ban Điều Hành VNHV chân thành cám ơn những nhận xét và ý kiến xây dựng của quý vị. Kết quả cuộc thăm dò sẽ giúp nhà trường tiếp tục cải tiến để đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng phù hợp và tiến triển trong sứ mệnh bảo tồn ngôn ngữ và văn hoá Việt Nam cho thế hệ trẻ tại Houston, TX.

Lưu Ý: Nếu phụ huynh có con em không trở lại niên khoá 2017-2018, nhà trường rất mong muốn được biết lý do các em không thể tiếp tục học tại trường VNHV (xin trả lời câu hỏi #5 & #6 trong Thăm Dò Ý Kiến)

Dear parents,

Please take a few minutes (10 minutes or less) to provide important feedback regarding your child’s experience or your own experience at Việt Ngữ Hùng Vương (VNHV) school during the 2016-2017 school year.  We truly appreciate your valuable feedback.

The survey results will be valuable in our effort to assess the school’s current curriculum and programs. We always strive to seek opportunities for improvement that would ensure continuing success in our long traditions of promoting Vietnamese language and culture to Vietnamese American young generations in Houston, TX.

Note: If the student(s) will not return for the 2017-2018 school year, please kindly respond in the survey (question #5 and #6) indicating the main reasons why the student(s) would withdraw from VNHV.
